Am I buying directly from Peacock Theater?

Yes. The suites posted for sale on this website are directly from Peacock Theater.

If you provide payment information to purchase a suite, your payment information will be handled in accordance with PCI DSS, the information security standard for protecting credit card data. How do I book a Lexus Luxury Box at Peacock Theater?

To book a Lexus Luxury Box at Peacock Theater, click on the event you wish to attend via the Reserve Now page to see available suite options. A suite can be purchased directly from the website by entering your credit card details or by contacting the Peacock Theater Premium Team at: [email protected].

When do I get my tickets after booking a suite?

Following your purchase, a representative from the Peacock Theater Premium team will be in touch to coordinate ticket delivery for your suite. All suite tickets and parking passes will be digital-only.

How are my tickets delivered?

Your suite tickets will be delivered electronically via AXS to the email address provided during purchase. To access your tickets, please download the AXS app. On the event day, tickets must be presented through the AXS app at the venue. For more information on the AXS app, click HERE.

We recommend electronically transferring tickets directly to your suite guests to ensure proper access to Crypto.com Arena. You will also have access to the Premium Portal for managing your tickets. The Premium Portal is a convenient way to manage, transfer, and sell your tickets. You can log in using your AXS app username and password.

Are suites ADA accessible?

Yes. All Peacock Theater suites and premium hospitality options are ADA Accessible.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation?

No. Per our sales terms and conditions, all suite sales are final. For more information on rescheduled events or canceled events see below.

What if my event is postponed/rescheduled?

Should an event be postponed, your suite tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event.

What if my event is canceled?

Planning Your Premium Experience

How and when do I order catering?

Following your suite purchase, a Peacock Theater representative will be in touch via email or phone to provide you with further catering instructions.

Am I required to purchase catering?

No, in-box catering is not required with purchase and there is no catering minimum upon purchase. Guests can also purchase snacks and beverages from the Gallery Bars located near each Lexus Luxury Box location or concessions which are available on each level of the theater. Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside the Theater..

How much does catering typically cost?

There are a variety of packages that may fit your needs. Once you inquire, a catering representative can discuss your catering options.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

For most events, children three (3) years of age and older require a ticket to enter Peacock Theater and must occupy their ticketed seat. Please be aware that some shows, particularly those intended for children, may have a different age policy. For most children's shows, children one (1) year of age and older will require a ticket. Please refer to the specific event page for your event or contact Guest Services for more information.

What am I permitted to bring into the suite/venue?

Bags that are smaller than 14”x14”x6” will be permitted inside Peacock Theater. Please note that some events may enforce a modified bag policy.

Camera Policy: Non-professional, non-flash, still photography is permitted at most events (disposable, digital, or 35mm cameras with no interchangeable or telephoto lens). Video and audio recording is prohibited. Camera bags of any size are not permitted as we do not allow bags inside the facility.

Does my box ticket give me access to other areas?

Your Lexus Luxury Box ticket permits you access to the box levels and their gallery bars.

Where should I park?

Pre-paid parking is available to purchase. Please visit our Getting Here page for details on parking and public transportation.

When does my suite open?

For most events, doors will open one (1) hour prior to the event’s start time. Guests are encouraged to arrive as early as possible, as all guests will go through metal detector screenings and visual/bag inspections prior to entry.

Can I order food/beverage from the suite during the game?

No, all catering must be ordered prior to the event.

If I have an issue with my Lexus Box on event day, who can I contact?

If you have an issue, please contact your Peacock Theater Premium representative, or the Peacock Theater guest services staff.
